📦 Shipping Rates & Order Weight

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your Bloom & Glow orders are delivered securely and on time.

Orders up to 5 kg:

  • Shipped via standard courier services

  • Items are carefully packaged to prevent damage

  • Delivery date selection may be available at checkout (where supported)

Orders over 5 kg (bulk orders or special sets):

  • May ship via freight or specialized courier service

  • Requires an accessible unloading area

  • Delivery may be scheduled in advance if required

📅 Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

  • No Deliveries: Weekends or public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 1 PM ship the same business day

  • Orders placed after 1 PM ship the next working day

⚠️ Important Information

  • Remote Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply

  • Missed Deliveries: Redelivery fees may be charged

  • Damaged Parcels: Please report any damage within 48 hours (with clear photos) so we can resolve the issue promptly
